Say hello to another Union Monthly Editorial… this time we had photographer Nick Walker take the reins at a local Angeleno Cuban restaurant, El Colmao.

…FYI their Pollo El Colmao is the truth.  The sauce has peas and green olives, two of my favorite things (pause?). This was one of the first places I came to when I first moved to LA…
